2001
In a small town in Arkansas, a connection is made — Eric Bennefield and Matt Breshears meet, bonded by family roots in construction and a drive to build something lasting.
2003
Both head to Florida, where they begin building their careers from the ground up in the construction industry.
2008–2013
Eric turns challenge into growth, pushing through a tough market and stepping into leadership, managing major construction projects across Central Florida.
2016–2021
Eric leads safety and operational initiatives across Florida, while Brandon Frink builds a reputation for precision and expertise in project management, setting the stage for a powerful partnership.
OCT 2021
Motivated by the desire to create a better future for his family and driven by over two decades of construction experience, Eric Bennefield launches B3 Shell Construction.
2022–2023
The dream gets bigger. Matt Breshears and Brandon Frink officially join B3 Shell as partners, combining years of experience, bold ideas, and a shared drive for growth.
LATE 2023
B3 Shell expands into Commercial and Industrial markets, taking on more complex, larger projects with the same relentless commitment to quality that built the company's foundation.
